6abc Segment on Justin Jean Pajama's founder, Lauren Raja- Hosted by 6abc's Erin O'Hearn!
Some people don't realize that when you go through a tragedy, you are as exhausted mentally as well as physically. You have to dig deep within yourself, to learn how to channel anger and pain into a positive situation.
It's almost as if I created them subconsciously — to create something that brings comfort and happiness to everyone. Wearing pajamas is also a reminder of spending time with loved ones, relaxing and just being yourself.
A DEFINITE MUST-SEE to really get to know Lauren's personality and her story.
While the pain of losing Justin is a fabric of Lauren's past, it's also offering new hope for her future. "I always pick myself up try to improve for the next day. That's what it's all about," she said.
As much as Raja loved teaching, and as much of a regimented, by-the-books person she used to be, much of that has changed. “I don’t want to say I’m fearless, but it’s really opened my eyes to what’s important,” said Raja. “You have to be passionate about what you do.”
